OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS POLICY

At Emilia Duarte™ we use temporary promotions and special gifts as part of launch campaigns, product validation and attracting new customers.

Displaying promotions

Offers, gifts, or promotional messages may be displayed on the product page or in the shopping cart as part of an active campaign, regardless of final stock availability .

Displaying a promotion does not guarantee its application if the product or promotional gift is out of stock at the time of purchase.

Limited time offers

Some promotions are subject to a 10-minute timer , which indicates the maximum period during which the offer can be applied if all the necessary conditions are met.

Once the timer has finished, or if the stock conditions are not met, the promotion may expire automatically.

Stock availability

Because many of our products and gifts are manufactured in limited or seasonal series , availability may vary throughout the day.

In certain cases, stock may run out before a visible promotion ends. In these cases, the offer or associated gift cannot be applied , even if the promotional message continues to be displayed temporarily.

Promotion limited to the first buyers

Some offers are only available to the first 10 shoppers of the day . Once this limit is reached, the promotion is automatically deactivated, although it may remain visible for a short period.

General conditions

• All promotions are subject to actual stock availability.
• Promotions may end, be modified, or be paused without prior notice.
• Viewing a promotion does not constitute a contractual obligation if the stated conditions are not met.
• In case of conflict, the actual availability of the product will always prevail.
